I don’t have a bank account or credit card, how do I open an Account?

The Invoice ExpressAccount payment options can be established and replenished with cash at The Toll Roads Customer Service Center in Irvine.  Note: Starting July 1, 2019, ExpressAccounts will begin the upgrade to FasTrak.  The name of the account will change, but the payment method will remain the same. This transition will provide more perks to ExpressAccount accountholders.  The transition will be complete by October 1, 2019.
