We’re Going Paperless

Starting November 2017, all account statements will be delivered monthly via email. Please make sure that we have your preferred email address on file.

Online account management is easy and stress free 24/7:

  • Visit or The Toll Roads’ free app
  • Log in using your username (your username, account number, transponder number or phone number on file) and password (if you’ve forgotten it, click “Forgot Password”)

You can view transactions using the app. Use the website to view and print transactions and statements.

Accountholders can receive monthly paper statements by request for one dollar per statement by calling The Toll Roads Customer Service Call Center at (949) 727-4800.

As a government agency, the health and safety of the public are important to us and we are committed to complying with efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19.

While our Walk-In Center remains closed, our call center, website and app are available to manage an account, open a new account, pay a toll, resolve a violation and much more.
