To open a FasTrak® or ExpressAccount Invoice using cash, visit our Irvine Customer Service Center. With a variety of account options there's a custom payment method that will work for every driver - no matter their method of payment, when they want to pay their toll, how often they drive and how much of California they intend to explore

Customer Service Walk-In Center Closed

Amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19 and following the governor's guidance to avoid or slow the spread of the disease, we've temporarily closed our Customer Service Walk-In Center. Due to the complexity and fluidity of the situation, we do not have a reopen date at this time.
